Shipping and Returns
Please note that the waiting time for purchases of specific products made on this Website could be longer than in the Retail Shops due to Eva’s personal care for each order, signing, and embellishing of prints. We do our best to proceed your order ASAP, however, it can take up to 3 weeks before shipping (usually 1 week!). Thank you so much for your patience and support.
Orders are shipped from several locations (depending on particular order) worldwide. Each one is carefully packaged to ensure your product arrives in a perfect condition. Shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax, or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.Shipping terms varies according to your location and other conditions like customs delays etc. It usually takes 2-5 weeks to arrive in most parts of the world. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and items will sometimes get tied up in customs. Express shipping method is available at the checkout or by request. If you prefer immediate and fastest shipping we recommend buying giclée prints and other products at licensed Retailers.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Sometimes it is possible to glean more information on an international package’s whereabouts by tracking it via a foreign delivery agent. Here’s a small list of these agents:

If you haven’t received the tracking after 3 weeks, please check your spam folder in case it got there or contact at [email protected].
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase!
If the item is not what was ordered, lost in transit or damaged, please contact at [email protected] immediately for a Full Refund. If possible, please include pictures. Keep all original packing materials, as they may be needed for investigation purposes.
Please don’t worry if you’ve missed the delivery and the package got returned to us – we will contact you as soon as we get it back with next steps. If you’d like to return undamaged item*, please contact us at [email protected] in 5 days after receiving your order. Please include the order’s number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. Shipping method should be tracked and is paid by a sender. The item should be in a perfect condition and in original packaging. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically Fully refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on limited editions, originals, mystery boxes, sale items or gift cards.
Cancellation and Modification of an order
